How the ETH invoice works

Short answer: twelve confirmations of your ETH transfer is all the watcher waits for — a few minutes on mainnet. The amount converts at the live rate and prints exactly; one send from any wallet is the whole operation. No stage of the flow requests documents; the account is a token, or an email paired with a 12-character password, and nothing beyond that.

On this chain the value match is unforgiving: an ETH transfer with even a slightly wrong amount cannot be auto-matched, however correct the sender's intent. Gas belongs to the sender; the receiving address is a plain wallet rather than a contract, so an ordinary transfer is all the payment needs.

ETH versus USDT on ERC-20

Chain is shared; asset is the decision. An ETH invoice moves ether itself, the coin that pays the network's own gas, while USDT VPS moves the ERC-20 token for a wire that reads in plain dollars. Whichever heads the invoice, it heads it alone — assets are never blended. Agents preferring a dollar quote without gas-token bookkeeping usually take TRC-20 via USDT, or the x402 USDC route on x402 VPS.

Sizing and the same ladder

What an ETH invoice buys, rung by rung: Scout, $3/mo annual-eff for 1 vCPU / 2 GB ECC / 40 GB NVMe, forms the base; production starts at Sentry, $6.00 for 2 vCPU / 4 GB; databases live on Warden, $15.20 for 6 vCPU / 16 GB DDR5. Dedicated metal enters at Shield — E-2388G, IPMI, ECC — $30.80/mo annual-eff; storage tiers run from $24/mo, 1 TB of NVMe scaling to 5. A single list prices all forty locations, six premium flags being the only markup.

More rankings and guides

Do you KYC for an Ethereum VPS?

No. A token or email plus a 12-character password opens the account; the ETH invoice carries no identity fields.

How long does an ETH credit take?

Twelve confirmations — typically three to five minutes on mainnet. The watcher credits the balance automatically.

Can I pay USDT instead on the same chain?

Yes — USDT on ERC-20 is a separate invoice coin. Pick it on the same checkout; one asset per invoice.

Do you support smart-contract payments?

No — the receive address is a plain wallet. A standard transfer is the supported path; contract calls are not auto-matched.

Is the price different when paying in ETH?

No. The invoice is USD-quoted and converted at the live rate; the ladder is identical across all nineteen coins.
